Hi!I have upgraded to windows 10 from 8.1and my norton internet security trial has expired today so I have reinstalled kaspersky which I have bought and paid from months ago (been activated before as well)kaspersky has made my laptop crash/restart blue screeni got the error message of irql not less or equal? - May 26, 2018 - The previous version Kaspersky 10.2.5.3201 does not have issues with any Windows 10 builds. All versions of KAV are compatible with.
- Apr 28, 2019 Kaspersky Problem with Windows 10 I too have been using Kaspersky PURE happily for several years and just renewed my 2-year subscription. I accepted the Microsoft free offer, downloaded and installed Windows 10 successfully, but found out is wasn't quite free.

Hi:Just a regular home user here, but longtime Kaspersky user.Most likely explanation: Norton remnants. Kaspersky (KAV/KIS/KTS) is very finicky about remnants and leftovers (especially drivers) from other AVs.I suggest first making sure Norton is FULLY removed, using their, if available. Be sure to reboot.If you have previously used other AVs, I suggest likewise making sure all remnants of them have been removed. Computer accessories list xls.
